Enjoy the moment
There is an old saying which goes “Live in today.” I found today is too long, and it is difficult to achieve. Therefore, I try to enjoy the moment. Moment is not last for a long period of time; moment could be a second, or could be two or three minutes.
Doing it is easy but first you have to release yourself and your desires. Nowadays, human beings want too many material things such as houses, money, or famous brand products. As the result, we are usually unhappy and our lives with amount of pressure. The negative feeling fill in our lives and sometimes we complain comfortless with our bodies.
